Rude staff and ridiculous rules. Shortage of lettuce, I understand. What I don’t understand is I can order online while inside and watch them make my order with lettuce, but I can’t get lettuce if I am in-line. They are just following rules, well that’s a dumb rule. So you l would rather throw away a full bowl of food cause you won’t give me lettuce that you have only because I am in-line not online? How does that help you, nor how does that provide customer service?
