I stopped by this store today to order a burrito bowl. As the young server started my order I requested to have onions with no seasoning on them added to my bowl. I was told this could not be accommodated. I refused the order and left the store and ordered food from another restaurant to my satisfaction. I went back to Chipotle #3624 and spoke to the manager, Estaban. I explained my previous request and asked him if this is policy to not prepare an order with a simple modification...read full review
