My family had such a great experience at this CiCi’s tonight. The manager Enrique showed extraordinary kindness to not only my husband and I but also our boys, making them feel included and welcomed and that we all had everything we needed. That man truly deserves a raise! You don’t see that level of genuine customer service very often anymore. Because of him, this is the location I’ll choose to come back to even though it’s farther from where I live. This location was extremely clean, had fresh sweets, salad bar, and pizzas continuously. Big thanks to the staff for making our visit feel welcoming!

They need to change the closing time on the website. It says they close at 10 and we arrived at 8:50 and they told us they were already closed. According to the girl, they closed at 9 but they never let us in. I'll never come back.

If Cici’s had a face for customer service, it would be Enrique Rodriguez at the Fuqua location from the front door, Enrique had immaculate customer service also assisted me while getting items off the buffet.This employee needs to be recognized for excellent customer service and leadership.

I liked it, the the food was not too shabby for the price I get very nostalgic visiting here cuz it was a big part of my childhood but they're other locations that do better
lady( braided long black hair, white girl) who served us OVER charged us and had the MEANEST attitude ever. food was same as usual since i was little🔥 only thing wrong was the lil attituty girl,
every other worker was so NICE especially the tall guy with the glasses.
