Terrible experience. First they barely speak English which ok understandable but the bartender was rude as ever. I ordered a moscato which came in a bottle $10. Charged my card $13 and the wine was old and brown. They didn’t want to give me a refund and argued with me about the quality and integrity of the drink. Then told me they couldn’t void my transaction and she just slapped a $10 bill on the bar and wouldn’t even look at me. 2 interpreters (security) tried to help but wasn’t much help and one was also rude and refused to fix it the first time. NEVER COMING BACK. Also no food or menus

Quise salir a distraerme un rato anoche y fuí a éste Club. Me tocó una mesera muy muy grosera, tan desamable y nada Profesional. Y sólo se la pasaba texteando y texteando en el teléfono y no atendía. Ignorando totalmente a mí y a los clientes que deseamos consumir y pasarnos un buen rato.
Ella es una muchacha blanca Cubana que se llama Lauriacha Gonzalez. Al final preferí salirme del lugar.
Noté que cuando me salí, un señor inmediatamente le preguntó a ella que por qué me fuí, ví que salieron los dos a caminar un poco afuera del bar, mientras él le preguntaba a ella que por qué me fuí. Alcancé a escuchar desde mi auto a ella decirle que "no sabía y no sabía"; pero la verdad es que gente como ella hacen que los clientes se vayan y ya nunca regresen, y prefieran ir a otros lugares.
Gracias y saludos al dueño del Cosmos quien quiera que sea por haber preguntado por qué me fuí. Ahí tiene ya la respuesta.
