The Cuban beef fajita taco was outstanding, as were the guacamole, plantains, and the grilled salmon. Brian at the front counter was very hospitable and gave service better than many sit down full service restaurants. I can't wait to go back and try something new there! The flavorful food tastes so fresh and is made to order quickly.“

“BEST CUBAN SANDWICH I've had in North Houston area. It's a bakery and grocery first and foremost which is why I was surprised at the quality, and volume, of the roast pork and ham. Just the right amount of mustard. Bread was crispy outside and just chewy enough inside. Fantastic sandwich. Service was good. I didn't give 5 stars because it has a dingy little sitting area but it isn't a restaurant so I can't hold it against them too much. They do appear to be renovating as well.“

“I've been eating here since the first opened and the quality and consistency has never gone down. Everything here is priced reasonably you definitely get your money's worth here. Especially for the Cuban sandwich they don't skimp on any of the meat it's easily enough food for two meals for the price of one.

The bakery has changed in a good way and expanded into a full market, primarily with Cuban food. They have a large selection of items that are available both fresh and frozen.

The staff is also super friendly and nice here and they have great business hours especially for a place that is labeled as a bakery.

“I must say that this location has amazing service and food cooked to perfection. Came by to have dinner with my wife on 06/27/2025 at around 9:30 pm right before closing and I must say that we were still received with a smile and great attitudes. I honestly want to say that what really stood out to me beside the delicious food was the service I received from the staff including Devin!!! I believe Devin is the manager, but he is an amazing manager with an amazing personality well mannered great attitude and willing to go above and beyond. I was well aware that I had stopped by right before they closed and an item that I wanted was not available because they had already empty the grease pan and turned off the flame and I told him not to worry that next time we swung by we would order that item and after receiving our order and eating there for about 15-20 minutes he came out with our yuca frita. To me, that meant alot to me because after cleaning the grease out he was willing to go the extra mile to drop fresh grease and light up the stove again. Devin and his crew really value the customer and I'm thankful for that.
I highly recommend the fajita parrillada fajita quesadillas yuca frita fried plantains cantaloupe water....they are all extremely delicious and I can't wait to go back
