I ordered the ropa vieja and it was amazing! I had this same dish in Miami at a nice Cuban restaurant and it was really good hence why I sought it out at home and this was wayyyy better! The rice/beans and beef were sooo flavorful! There was also a reallly nice man who helped with my order and they were very patient. I will def be back to try the coconut Pastel de guayaba 😋
It has things for Hispanics that aren't easily found elsewhere, just a bit higher in price. Smaiier store. Have baked empanadas but not always. Cuban, Columbian, a few others. One to two small tables to enjoy a sandwich, but it's most a specialty grocery store. Canned goods, meats, tostones and more are going to be higher than if you can find them in bigger stores. $8 tostones might be $12-15 there.
