La Cubana en Houston is a food truck in an industrial area serving regional street food. The guys who work here are friendly and provide excellent service. The food is bomb and affordable. The best Cuban pizza in all Houston has a Cuban flavor; the pizzas are from another planet, super crispy with spectacular dough. The croquettes are very good. The pizza came out in under 10 minutes, and they don’t take too long. The location sucks, but the best menu is without a doubt in this place.
