Don Chile Mexican Restaurant is a hidden gem offering amazing food and exceptional service. The breakfast tacos are a must-try, filling and delicious, and the menudo is a big hit here. Despite parking being an issue, the staff's good vibes and energy make up for it, providing incredibly attentive service. The huevos rancheros, chocoflan, beef enchiladas, and "comal norteno" (with beef fajitas, mollejas, and tripitas) are highly recommended dishes. Large portions of good food at cheap prices ensure great value, with warm chips, salsa, and free queso to start. The decoration is very maximalist but nice, with license plates and paintings lining every inch of the walls. Even during busy hours, quick service is guaranteed, and the daily specials are fabulous.
