This place usually have good service, but today I encountered a rude young lady at the walk-up window. I originally ordered in the drive-through, but my drink was incorrect, so I walked up to get it fixed. Totally rude! Those teenage girls acted like they hate their job today, they Really need a mature adult in there to supervise them. The whole crew were rude when I walked up and I overheard her being rude to someone else as well Just because the lady asked about her online order...
Dutch Bros on Lake Houston is pure happiness in a cup! From the moment we rolled up, the vibe was electric! Smiles, good music, and even better drinks. I treated myself to the Picture Perfect, and wow… silky, chocolatey caramel heaven with every sip. My husband went for the strawberry horchata and it tasted like summer and comfort all at once. Drinks were flawless, service was top tier, and honestly, it felt less like a coffee run and more like a mini joy break. Can’t wait...
