5 stars because my experience and food were good. However, why was it $20 for 2 bagels (everything and the salmon one) and an apple juice? ?Parking: Getting in and out the parking lot is terrible
Lisa at the check out is the best ever. But I have witnessed another older lady be mean and ugly to her and the other staff, in front of customers. That was a huge turn off!!! I like to go there because Lisa is so fast, efficient, nice, always smiling, greets her customers with "good morning, thank you, get your rewards today," etc. But when Lisa isn't there, the check out line goes slower.I love the apple turn overs, chocolate chip bagels, the smears, the hazelnut coffee,...read full review

I have visited this bagel shop. I'm very disappointed. I've order the farmhouse bagel twice. PLEASE not to over toast the bagel like the first time. It was like they didn't hear me. The casher specifically told them, but the bagel was even more burnt than the first one.
