Israel E. was very attentive to my needs and made informed me that the food I was going to order was only made the way it said on the menu which to be gave me a chance to change it and get something I would actually then enjoy. I also really appreciate that he would make conversations to lighten up the mood and acted like an actually human being. 5 stars

Once a week or so we eat at Escalantes. It’s fresh, delicious, and a nice environment. Not too loud, the service is top notch, and the fajitas are on point. Their marinade doesn’t taste soy based, which allows for the real meat flavor to shine through. Their salsa is my fave in town.

liliana was absolutely great ! she was super nice and made us very comfortable :) 10/10 would come again because of her ability to get our order in and out and over impeccable service !
