I visited Giant Leap Coffee on June 22, 2025, and ordered two Vanilla Rose Matchas in person. Instead, I was given two Vanilla Rose Coffees. I let the barista know right away, explained that I don’t drink coffee, and asked if the drinks could be corrected. I was told they couldn’t remake the drinks due to store policy, and I’d have to pay again just to get what I originally ordered. Unfortunately, I did—leaving me with two drinks I couldn’t consume and money wasted.

Overall, it’s a small, clean, modern place with a friendly vibe that makes you want to stay a while.
