Great place for Chinese food. Have to be aware of automatic added tips on total bill

Love this place but beware that you don’t over tip I just got gratuity on my tab! I work in the industry so we usually overtip but they see no tip when we walk in! It was just my sister and my neice! Will definitely be checking my receipt! She could have gotten a lot more from me had she not added 18% to my tab on a three person table. She got what she added and would have gotten more if she hadn’t seen race .ill keep coming because the food is good but beware and tip accordingly!!!!!!

Been almost 2 years since my family and I ate there. Was very disappointed with quality of the food - the shrimp dumplings were raw and the server was very unpleasant and impatient ( cleared the plates while I was still eating). Very disappointed to say the least. The crowd is noticeably less than before and I hope the owners will something to improve the food quality and service - 18% default tip charge should reflect better service .

Maybe the worst Dim-Sum spot in Houston. It was hard to say what is worse the food or the service. They run the hidden 18% auto tip for everyone. No signs, not at the door or on the menu. Then they leave the receipt as if you still need to tip. The staff sit at a table off to the side, talking on their phones, watching shows on their phone at full volume. Not once did one if them get up to check our table or refill waters. The kitchen staff thumps your food off and you are on your own. The food was simply awful, our group of four couldn't eat half of what was brought out. Save yourself and stomach and avoid this place. AWFUL!

It used to be a good dim sum restaurant. However, it was not a good experience in my last visit. Almost every dish has lots of corn starch: deep fried glutinous pork puff, steam veggie bean curd skin roll, red jelly w chives, steamed bean curd skin roll w oyster sauce and steamed rice roll w beef, all the stuffings have tons corn starch! Nasty!!!
Also mandatory 18% tips - when 4 or 5 waitresses were talking out loud near the station - where my table was next to it!

Great Dim Sum ordered off of a menu; crowded but worth the wait! Still a solid choice especially after dimsum by the fountains closed.

Food was excellent and service was decent.
Got the beef chow fun with extra sauce it was delicious BUT the service here is quite off and the servers are very entitled when it comes to tips. They give rude looks when they're not given the cash tip they expect (subpar service). Not to mention they take the tips automatically when you pay with card. Food is good but service ruined this place for me.

It's the first time I come here, food was good but the server attitude was so horrible :) It's the first restaurant has worst servers I ever seen. When guests were eating, they was talking each other so much, even louder than guests in there. The worst thing is when I done paid the check, It was heavy rain outside, I couldn't getting out so I came back in the restaurant and seat in our table I was in because the row of seat at waiting place was full, another people were waiting as I did. The server in there didn't want me to seat at the table I was seat and she told me to go out and seat at waiting place for her to clean the table 🙂 It's the worst experience I had, I swear. I think the managers need to train them again.

Wonderful dim sum! I wish they would walk around with their carts instead of having to remember what I like on those menus
The Dimsum is delicious and price is cheap. I love the services and the waitress is super nice. I love to bring all my friend and families to this restaurant.
Dim sum is Cantonese flavors, and the service attitude is good, children also like to eat them. I will come next time.
Got dimsum - food average but good for dim sum cravings
In order of what I liked to not enjoying -
Shumai, pepper stuffed shrimp, deep fried glutinous pork puff, deep fried bean curd shrimp, steamed bean curd shrimp, shrimp Chang fen, steamed dry scallop bean leaves dumpling, pan fried taro cake
Prefer ocean palace
Plenty of options
