The food was delicious but the Customer Service was lacking. There was three in our party, luckly I reviewed the charges and the waitresses added an 18 percent tip. Customer beware but I recommend this place because the food is very delicious.

The business here is getting worse and worse, just like their service. If you want to experience the worst service in Houston, welcome to experience it. The food here is no longer as delicious as it used to be. I even saw two customers asking the server why two people had to be forced to charge tips, and the server said that we always like that. Wow!?
Outstanding food, huge menu (ask for the dinner menu), consistent dishes. Among my favorites - the eggplant dish, the E-fu noodles, the beef Hu-fung, the baked BBQ pork buns, and of course the red bean sesame ball desert. Better than Ocean Palace, which cut back a lot of their menu after the COVID epidemic.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. They won’t warn you beforehand that they will be adding 18% automatic tip regardless of party size. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. When I ask them to remove the 18% tips because we are not a large party, they refuse. PLEASE DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK TO GET THE MONEY BACK FROM THIS SHADY RESTAURANT. THEY ARE SNEAKY AND STEALING.
