Horrible service. Dude had his f****** pods on i think he couldn't hear me or some. I even pointed at him directly what cone i wanted. Then i asked it was a cone not cup and he laughed.

The cookies are NOT fresh, and the cakes are over baked. I also learned that they are not an official GAC location- it’s part of Marble Slab so you don’t get rewards here, nor can you use them. Employees aren’t too friendly or helpful either.

My husband and grandsons enjoyed the ice cream in waffle bowls at Marble Slab Creamery. Service was efficient and polite. Recommended!

The owner is incredibly rude. The man behind the counter did not wear gloves when handling the ice cream scoop/ cups etc. Ridiculous pricing! We ordered one scoop of ice cream (one add in) and one scoop of low fat frozen yogurt, no add-ins. $12!! Ice cream tasted okay, nothing close to premium. Frozen yogurt tasted really nasty: synthetic and hard. I tossed the fro-yo in the trash after three bites. No reason to ever go back here again. A bunch of better options are nearby.

Today I visited the Marble slab on Holcombe and Buffalo Speedway and received the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had at Marble. When I walked into the establishment there were 3 employees inside. Not one of them even cared to speak or welcome myself nor the guest that came in behind me, although they all turned and looked at us, knowing that we were there. After standing waiting for assistance for about a minute, I asked if anyone cared to assist us. One guy looked as if I’d interrupted his favorite TV show and said “I’m doing doordash”. The other young man, that was seemingly too intertwined into his phone conversation, decided that it would be ok to come and assist me. There was another guy in the rear of the restaurant that proceed to assist the other guest with his pick up. The gentleman that assisted me with my order seemed as if it was a bother for him to do his work giving a very displeased disposition. I informed the entire crew that they were very rude and provided horrible customer service, and if working in customer service isn't a good fit for them, they may want to seek other jobs.
