I was a bit perplexed watching one worker make waffle bowls while there was clearly a long line. So I watched him continue..back turned as if we weren't there waiting..... Priorities please. If you have customers waiting, not a good idea to do busy work. There were waffle bowls already available. That's down time work in my opinion. Waited at least 10 minutes longer than I should have. Store is short on supplies of pineapple and flavors which is understandable due to the pandemic....read full review
Came in for a scoop of ice cream, which was actually delicious. Although to even get to the ice cream you have to servings of rude customer service. Displayed by the MANAGER towards myself and this 6 year old child in line ahead of me. Debating my return to this location.

The cookies are NOT fresh, and the cakes are over baked. I also learned that they are not an official GAC location- it’s part of Marble Slab so you don’t get rewards here, nor can you use them. Employees aren’t too friendly or helpful either.
