Bought the Colombian Santander beans and a couple of other bags. Really great recommendations from their team. I'm glad I stopped by and I'm looking forward to trying it all!
I've been getting beans here for years and continue to believe that the beans are excellent. However, I was highly disappointed that the new management would not honor a fully completed physical punch card which was how the old management had managed a loyalty program. This is despite the facts that the new management's loyalty programs is effectively equivalent to the old one (buy 10 lbs get one free vs. spend $200 get $20 off). Even if they didn't want to honor...

the young lady who helped me was SO nice and easy to talk to. i love coffee (duh) but i was worried that i was gonna see some coffee snob. nope, just kind people in a very chill almost nostalgic environment. this place felt so familiar even though it was my first time being there.
