We’ve been searching for a Japanese Hibachi restaurant that won’t break the bank. We ordered for hubby and I and our 4yr old son who enjoyed the experience. We all got full and had enough left over for lunch the following day. The food at this restaurant was wonderful, everything cooked to perfection, the taste was so yummy. Everything was very clean and in a nice little area with security. Will definitely be coming back, it’s our spot now :)

Ichibon is a fantastic restaurant located at 45 and Imperial Valley area. The hibachi filet mignon and chicken teriyaki are must-try dishes. The service is incredible, and the chef grills vegetables and makes delicious fried rice. The egg rolls are a standout, rivaling any Chinese food. Sapporo beers are a great addition to the meal. The prices are reasonable, making it a great value. The restaurant has a cute Japanese 80’s feel, with hibachi chefs entertaining guests. The Ichibon chicken and mushroom dish with fried rice, miso soup, and salad is highly recommended. The panko fried vegetables are a tasty addition. Specialty rolls and mochi desserts are also delicious.
The food is very rich, and the customer service is fantastic. The warmth of their food is exceptional. The parking lot is located in the same area as the square, and the restaurant is easy to spot. Despite being in a sketchy area, the strip is 24/7 monitored by private security, making it safe. The place is perfect for a friend hangout or a good evening experience. The waiters are polite and attentive, making it great for families. Overall, Ichibon offers great food, service, and ambiance.
