My family and I have been coming here since I was little. This place has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and anytime I come down to visit I always come here. I honestly cannot believe today was my last time being able to go here. The service, atmosphere, and food are always top notch, and I highly recommend going before July 19th if you have never been. Anything you get will be delicious.
Bittersweet post. First time here and found out it was closing in July. The food was wonderful, flavorful, good service. Heard this long time restuarant closing because of lease...we need to eat the greedy rich!
We visited Istanbul Grill one last time today to say goodbye before they close. They have been a cherished part of the Rice Village community, and it’s hard to imagine the neighborhood without them.
As always, the food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant was packed with loyal customers showing their love and support. The owner was there, warmly greeting and chatting with everyone, just as he always has.
