I don't understand why they make me wait at carry out, they don't have customers waiting inside the business or outside and my order is online for drive thru peroxide they always make me wait in the parking
As an old man, I remember Jack in the box used to make the best sour dough Jack burger and it was delicious. NOW the burger looks like dead human meat with its grey tinge of color, doesn't even taste like beef. Fries were great but yall charged $11 for going in absolute reverse. GROSS, you just joined the ranks of McDonald's, your food is overprossesed and no longer good. Not a customer anymore ?

The manager, BRANDON, was very exceptional in guiding, supervising his staff, and providing great customer service while taking my order. The first time, in a while, I encountered natural, calm leadership abilities. They don't teach this in college. My food was delicious, and the layout of the restaurant was very modern and up-to-date. When I am ever in those neck of the woods, I will go to that JACK IN YNE BOX. Great service.
