Went last night and ordered a sourdough jack combo substituted the fries for bacon potato wedges. I get home and it was the nastiest burger I've ever seen. 1. No lettuce 2.no tomato 3. One slice of old dry cheese(didn't look like cheese to me) went back for a refund and I was notified they weren't able to refund me my money because there was no one on the shift with authority. Walked into Jack-in-the-Box on 2901 Airline Dr. i order number 15 combo lady was preparing my food was not wearing any gloves. I asked the cashier why she's not wearing any gloves while preparing my food.
