We visit this Jeni’s location often for our date nights, so it’s disappointing to say the service has consistently felt lacking. There’s rarely a greeting, very little smiling, and minimal engagement when asking questions about flavors. Interactions feel rushed and impersonal.
This is especially frustrating given the premium prices — when you’re paying around $15 for a pint, basic friendliness and customer engagement should be a given.

$9.41 for an ice cream cone. Even Disney isn’t that expensive. No thanks.
Great quality and flavor but too many candy pieces in the high five candy bar flavor . I want more ice cream and less candy.
