“I am so happy to be able to leave a nice review for a change. I ordered on my app and when I got there they did not have my order.

The very nice and cordial young man working in there researched it and found out I had sent the order somehow to a store in Waco instead of Houston. I don't know how that happened but he was most gracious and actually took the time to call Waco and cancel the order and fix me the sandwich that I had ordered. This boy, whoever he is, deserves a huge raise and promotion because when you have someone like that working for you you better hang on to him with everything you have.

I cannot stress again how great this employee was I would be honored to have him working for me in any business. I have never seen anyone go above and beyond like that and take things into their own hands and fix everything.

“May 2025 Update...
I just tried the new toasted roast beef and cheddar sandwich. Being in food service for the last 40 plus years of my life and being from Philadelphia I know my sandwiches. That was an incredible sandwich! One of the best I've had in a long long time. Great horseradish cream, great toasted onion straws and just a great combination of textures between the hot and toasted and the cold and crunchy. Was made perfect as I liked it and the workers were very very friendly and helpful. Hopefully this Jimmy John's has improved itself over the last few years.

This Jimmy John's location has really gone down the tubes over the past couple of months! The last three times I've been there, they have screwed up our order in some way! The really sad part is the last two times the order was done online, so there should have been no issue with what we wanted on the sandwich. Last time we went was absolutely the worst!! It started when I tried to give my order through the speaker, and the woman cut me off after my first word and said she could not understand what I was saying. She asked me to pull up so I can give her the order at the window like this job. As I was giving her the order she tried to memorize it all instead of either writing it down or typing it into the cash register. This is one of the reasons why she screwed up both of the sandwiches on this order. We ordered an Italian sandwich and a tuna sandwich on neither one of them had any onions and very little less. The crazy part was, WE ASKED FOR EXTRA OF BOTH!! It almost felt like they went out of their way to put nothing on our sandwiches just for spite. I also asked for hot peppers, and got none! My wife ask for mayonnaise, no oil and vinegar... she got oil and vinegar and no mayo! Overall, the issue is the staff just does not care! You get attitude when they're talking to you and taking your order, and when they hand you the food when it's done. I will be going to Jersey Mike's from here on out!“

I spoke with the manager, and he was incredibly understanding. He provided me with a credit and told me they’d take care of my next order.

Today, I called in and once again spoke with the manager.. Edwin, I believe.. who was just as pleasant, courteous, and professional as before. I originally ordered a full meal the first time, but today I just wanted the sandwich. Coke is great, but it wasn’t necessary. I asked them to deliver only the sandwich and to apply the rest of the credit, including the original tip, as a tip to the driver.

Let’s just say… they over delivered! The service, the attitude, and the customer care were all top-notch.
