Jimmy John's has a clean location with a courteous staff. The all-star team gets food fast and made correctly. They offer toasting, which changes the way you experience the whole sandwich and helps bring customers back. For large orders, they write everyone’s name on the sandwiches for easy distribution and have the order ready. However, the place has weird hours and will sometimes turn people away in the middle of the day. Some orders are wrong, like onions in a sandwich that did not come with onions or one of two same sandwiches having cucumbers. They also skimped on the deli meats for sandwiches advertising double meat and cheese. Additionally, they refused to take cash, stuffed a whole $50 order into a single bag, tossed it into a car, and provided no napkins.
