I've tried multiple times to order online and get my order right at least once. But... nope. They never want to come deliver inside when I request it to be left at my door. Gate code is always available and gate door is unlocked during the day. So not sure why it's even an option. One gentleman was so rude and dry. The details in my order are usually not correct. Jimmy John's is one of my go-to sandwich shops, especially when I need to get in and out quick. There are a few shops around Houston that I frequent, and I've never had an issue with burnt bread before this location. I have now eaten here twice, and both times the bread has been very tough. Tough. The first time it seemed like stillbread, but this time the bottom of the loaf was definitely burnt. As you can see in the video, I can knock on it like a door made out of wood. We did not go inside but my husband ordered a giant sandwich through the drive through and when he rolled up to the window the lady taking his order said the words: wow, I thought you’d be fat.I don’t know what would possess her to say such words to a customer, even one who is “not fat.” I’m the only person who gets to judge my husband’s life choices.PS: he said the sandwich was a 8/10.
