It's a solid Jolibee. Quality is really good, above their corporate average, IMHO.
They have the best chicken sandwiches.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I waited over 40 minutes for my food, only to overhear the young immature cashier, IRMA, making an unprofessional comment to her friends, saying, ‘I told her she had to wait 30 minutes before she ordered.’ While they laughed together afterward. This is completely unacceptable customer service. If she has such a negative attitude toward customers, why is she working here? Or matter fact, at any job. Management needs to address this behavior immediately. thanks. 0 stars. Thank IRMA at this location.
We stopped for a late lunch at Jollibee after a long morning at the Houston Museum of Natural History. Jollibee is the largest fast-food restaurant in the Philippines and is known for its fried chicken. This location is in the Pinoy Corner shopping center. It was busy when we got there, but the order line moved quickly.
My wife ordered the 2-piece Chickenjoy Combo with Palabok Fiesta. She asked for two legs, one regular and one spicy, and we were told it would be a 15-minute wait. When the food came out, she got a leg and a thigh. The order was quickly corrected. The chicken was good, but we liked the regular over the spicy. My wife did not like the palabok, because it had too much of a fishy taste, which is not what she is used to. The manager replaced it with an order of Jolly Spaghetti, which was fine. We were happy that they made the effort to replace the palabok. I got the Bacon and Cheese Chicken Sandwich Combo with Fries and a Drink. It was a good chicken sandwich, and I would get it again. The fries were okay.
If you are looking for an alternative to the traditional fast-food restaurants, give Jollibee a try. I recommend that you go with the chicken as a safe bet.

The chicken was very good and fried right. It has a very good taste. The macaroni was OK, just wasn't hot 🔥 enough. I'll give it another try one day

I don’t know what happened with the staff that night, but on Friday I ordered a sandwich that I was told was going to be a 15-30 minute wait, and those 30 minutes turned into *a whole hour*. It was not even that busy when I arrived, maybe like 4-5 tables were seated with two already eating their food. The line to order was only 3 people. Eventually, it was about to be closing time and other people had the same issue and were coming up to the counter to inquire about their orders. When a guy in front of me asked for a refund for waiting an hour the manager would just insist “3 more minutes almost ready” and he stood there for another 5 minutes waiting for his food. This was at 11:06 now, when they close at 11. Some people’s food had been made but was just sitting there at the kitchen counter the whole time without notifying the customer. But when I inquired about my sandwich at *closing time* when I got here *an hour ago*, it had not even been made yet. When we pay for food we’re also paying for the service, since this is technically a fast food restaurant. I got my refund, but I just want to be clear that If it has to take a whole hour to make someone’s food under that label, let alone a sandwich, they should have their money back, period. After I left, I literally got my food in less than 3 minutes ordering at a Taco Bell nearby with a much longer line. I will not be returning to this place.

We love Jollibee. But every time we come they don’t have spicy chicken!! It doesn’t matter what time of the day. This is the 2nd time this week we can for spicy chicken and there’s a wait time of 1 hour. We thought it would be, hence we called the store 3 times to verify before driving 20mins into the store. No one ever answers! We then checked doordash to double check if spicy chicken is on the menu & it was. It is not fair to keep the option if they are not able to deliver the product. But after we came, as usual 1 hour wait time. We came after work around 6pm start of the week, they didn’t have it as they are cleaning the machine and it takes an hour. Today as well, same issue. After fasting all day, and coming into a restaurant and always having the same issue is not ok. They don’t even seem sorry about it. Everyone is least bothered about it. Other time they just didn’t have it. It is such a good chain but it’s very sad how this location always has issues with their spicy chicken. Since they are aware the team and management here should take precautions to avoid this issue. Very disappointing.

The food here is pretty good. Fyi the only serve chicken thighs and chicken legs, so I don't go here for the chicken. The burger steaks are good if you like chop or Salisbury steak. The gravy is good and has mushrooms (doesn't seem to be sauteed just kinda thrown in there). The spaghetti is also good as well as the Mac n cheese.
The issue I have with this location is the service. I have patronized this location numberous times and the staff stands around looking at me without a word as if I'm a criminal when I walk in and approach the register. Won't be back to this location.

We came to try the angus cheeseburger and it was clearly PINK inside I go show the employees and they told me it was supposed to be medium rare I asked if they were sure and I went to sit back down. To me it clearly looked weird.

During our order, we removed a drink item and the cashier looked frustrated. He had trouble removing the drink. He seemed like he had little patience, rolling his eyes and just overall unhappy vibes. I ordered one spicy and one plain chicken wing with spaghetti. The spaghetti had little sauce, undercooked noodles, but the taste is good. The chicken was hot, and the spicy chicken had a bright red color. I threw it up in the restroom because it was so spicy I got ill. My husband was worried, he tried my chicken (he’s a spice connoisseur, he can handle a lot). He said it’s too spicy to be enjoyable as a meal, more like a spicy chip challenge. One bite is intolerable. We wonder if my chicken was intentionally over-spiced by an angry someone, or it’s just that their recipe is very spicy. Either way I will never oder it again.
Poor service! Ordered on line and still waited for 45 minutes and not ready. Westheimer branch has the best service all the time.
