They are inconsistent and don’t have items on the menu. Why do they have Spicey some days and others no.

They need to organize the tickets they received to smooth the flow and creates faster service. Instead of putting the tickets together they have to place it or hang it in order to see it better of which ticket comes first. This way it will eliminate the confusion and easier to see the order to prevent mistakes. Everyone are really nice which you expect from Filipinos, just needed to be organize. Also, if you can't find the owner of the order outside the parking lot, move on to the next order instead of wasting your time searching for the person. The person who orders it will come in and you let them know you tried and can't find them.

Really juicy chicken that will definitely give you heart burn if you have trouble with fried food. I didn't eat the breading much, but the inner chicken is warm and juicy and flavor. I enjoy the regular over the spicy. I felt like the spicy drowned out the flavor. My only complaint is that the fountain drink machine was barely functioning. It was a challenge to get water out of it and there were no napkins readily available. Plus they were out of soap in the womens bathroom, but I enjoyed the round booth seating option. And this place is kid friendly. Prices are pretty good too.

I love their fried chicken. Get it with mashed potatoes/gravy and adobo rice. Their mango/peach is da bomb.

was really exited to finally try it for the first time but my experience was horrible. i went in to get half spicy and half regular bucket and two mashed potatoes and they were taking a really long time when i realized my ticket number said 38 but the buzzer they gave me was number 39 so i asked them about it and they said "it's probably okay" and then the manager realized i had been waiting a while so she went to double check my order and i TRUSTED her and then i drove home for 1 hour in rush hour to find out it was all wrong. also the soda fountain area was pretty messy and i am not sure how sanitary it was with a bunch of loose lids and broken straw dispensers. i called in and they said to come by again but the time i spent in traffic to be disappointed is not worth going again. very sad.

In short: The best fried chicken in Houston by many measures, and a spot to sample some Filipino staples. As a Filipino myself, I was skeptical if the Houston Jollibee would hold up to the stalwart US “flagship” stores that I’ve tried in NYC and California. I was delighted with the quality of the fried chicken here, which in my opinion surpasses that of the crowded and rushed branches of elsewhere. The spicy fried chicken is unmatched by any American joint; the marinade penetrates throughout the meat, and the skin offers a delightful crisp without being overly “sharp” in the mouth. The slightly sweet notes in the seasoning pair well with Jollibee’s gravy. As for sides, the creamy mashed potatoes stand head-and-shoulders above the rest, with the spaghetti a distant second. The peach mango pie is a nice reprise at the end of a hearty meal. Be aware that the spaghetti is done in the Filipino style, and is definitely more sweet. While the prices have crept upward, this seems to be the trend with fried chicken in general. To sum it up, Jollibee is a worthy addition to anyone’s fried chicken repertoire and a rare glimpse into Filipino culture especially here in Houston.

My wifeIs from the Philippines and all she spoke about is Jollibee and how good the food is and also some of my family who had eaten jollibee . So I wanted to try it so we drove five and half hours to Houston Tx from Louisiana so I could have jollibee . First when we entered the restaurant I wasn’t to impress so small and I was looking to see merchandise because I like the mascot the jollibee. The customer service was very dry and when we asked about the mango peach pie they told us we are out but it wasn’t in a nice way we ordered a lot of food we paid 90 dollars because I wanted to try everything on the menu. I was excited when we got the food . But the chicken wasn’t hot the aloha burger was good . But the chicken is good only if it was hot. .i also had the chicken sandwich and it was dry . The gravy is good I also had the spaghetti was good. But the palabok wasn’t good could have used a little bit more seasoning and more meat. And the bathroom could have used more attention. But the atmosphere was stale and the customer service here isn’t welcoming. My wife always brag on the Philippino customer service and the friendliness but I did not experience it I hope none of the other jollibee locations are not like that. And I hope you start selling merchandise in the locations .

It’s always a pleasure having Jollibee at different locations, this is the only place I have never had issues of not having the spicy chicken. I get always lucky with this place. The service is exceptional as usual. ? %
