Today, however, I had an exceptional experience with Kymel. He was incredibly welcoming and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even offered modification suggestions for my drink based on my restrictions, and I ended up with the best Kofi smoothie I’ve had to date.
Employees like him are rare. Major shout-out to Kymel, I truly hope he sees this review and receives the recognition he deserves try!“

I have since ordered a 7day cleanse which came the a clear set of instructions for the regimen which worked well to kickstart my body. “They didn't make my order. Said they couldn't make the sandwich after saying they were working on the order. I had waited a half hour before even being told. They had said they were working on my order when I got there. I asked for reimbursement since the sandwich couldn't be made. They hadn't even started the smoothie and I had to get to an appointment. They said couldn't reimburse me because I ordered online. I called customer service who told me all they can do is submit a claim. This was two weeks ago and customer service still says there's nothing they can do. They have done what they can. I find it unethical that tropical smoothie doesn't have a way to pay back people who order online if the order can't be fulfilled. How long does one have to wait for whomever to decide if I'm telling the truth? Knowing that there are no guarantees on getting our money back when ordering online is disappointing and I think it's unethical to keep my money. I will never eat tropical smoothie again because there are no guarantees or protection for the consumer or their money.“

I got the Born Again juice and added on a little skin boosting shooter. Both were extremely delicious and fairly priced! You can see all of the fresh ingredients they use as they're in plain view. “Brought 3 picky kids who originally wanted ice cream and left with three very happy children. The teas were awesome and the Oreo shake is 6-yr and adult approved and applauded. It's the atmosphere though, even more than the tea. The games brought me back to my childhood, and playing them with my own kids was a blast! we probably spent nearly an hour in there and the kids didn't even think of their electronics! That is success in my book! LOL! love this place! our first time going, and we will most definitely be back!“
