The ladies at this location was very nice the food was hot and fresh I've been to a few around the city because this is our favorite restaurant and the other ones treated us rude and expected us to pay for cold food and told they not cooking anymore because they closing for the day and another store we was told we couldn't have fresh fries or biscuits because they took to long to make if that restaurant wasn't so far we be there EVERYDAY

What an amazing experience today, I haven't been to this location since like 2011 and was hesitant to go because of my previous experience and the restaurant looked messy and sticky floors...BUT WOW!! THIS KFC IS THE BEST LOOKING ONE AND HAS THE BEST STAFF HANDS DOWN. The shift manager was amazing! He was very helpful and even went out of his way to inform me how to get a free sandwich by participating in the survey at the bottom of the receipt. This individual takes pride...

Food is the usual quality, but i dont like when they hand you your drink and ask you to pull to the front to wait for your food rather than wait at the window. I said "but there is nobody behind me" and the guy at the window said "yea but the timer is running and your order is not ready".Not my fault you are slow!
