I hate coming to this Burger King. If I can avoid it, I'd drive further to SW Freeway or to Westheimer. They were in their best behavior during 2020-2021 CoVid time. But service went down to the toilet in 2022. They stayed open and never show signs of staff shortage. A few times, my orders went short whenever I use drive-thru. I called to complain. The meal was prepared properly (Whopper Jr Combo). The burger was hot, fresh, and juicy with condiments...just the way I like it. The fries were good...could've been a tad warmer with a wee bit more salt. The drink was fresh and bubbly (Coke). This hit the spot while out running errands.
