First time I ever shopped at the Kroger on Telephone rd. I been shopping at Kroger all my life. This morning I had a full basket at check out. There was two lines open and one lady (Madison). Madison would only call people to her line that did not have many items in there basket. She saw me three times but would not call me up. I am a older fat man with breathing issues. I checked out and left, but that upset me. I am not sure if I will ever return to this store.

I’m very disappointed because I have been a customer for over 20 years at this location not to mention I love Krogers and this location.
But I’m watching it deteriorate slowly.
I want to say the workers are doing a great job keeping it clean.
But it’s clear no money is being invested back into this location.😢😡
