this is the worst Kroger I have ever been to. I will not be back. At 545pm on a Wednesday, with 15 people in the customer service line, only 2 registers open, dirty floors, no baskets all the managers were in a meeting. Then I was informed it wouldn't matter anyway because at Kroger managers are not trained to run customer service or registers. WTheck, how can you manage a store without knowing how to work the store. The poor young lady at customer service was doing the best...read full review
