The food was decent. The service was below average. We had a question and the lady just ignored us and walked to the back. When the manager I assume saw us he greeted us and then the lady put on a show and came back out to help. Would not come back

I’m not a huge fan of this restaurant chain, although I have many friends and work coworkers who really enjoy these restaurants.
I find the flavors to be slightly above average. Not super delicious nor do I crave their food. However it is good.
I find the ambience to be clean and mostly locations just like this one was inside and out.
The parking lot is large and does share with retail stores and even a grocery store so...

I am a regular weekly customer here. The African American short male who is takes food orders is very RUDE. He doesn't acknowledge the customer, doesn't say Thank You after ordering doesn't smile. Horrible experience during Xmas week. This employee should be working in the kitchen in the back, not front line with Customers. Please train this service in basic customer service.
