Dinner at Le Jardinier was outstanding. I had the cod in a delicate champagne sauce—seasonal, elegant, and absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the duck, which was rich, tender, and beautifully done. There was a small dessert fumble (the wrong sweet surprise arrived first 😄), making things briefly awkward—but it was quickly corrected and honestly added a human, memorable moment to an otherwise polished experience. Fantastic meal with excellent service. The large cheese plate was so good (5/5) and the burrata salad is a long time favorite (5/5). The table mains were the chicken main and the pork main.
In these economic times, it is hard to recommend any restaurant. Especially to those who can cook. Le Jardinier has made itself an incredible exception. While obviously not an every day restaurant, I have never once regretted dining here.
