The food was good and the server was great but we had to wait so long to order and get our drinks and food. I ordered my steak med rare it came out med or med well while the other steak was ordered well done and it came out more med rare.
I love the frozen drinks and when I ask the server for one , they told me that they don’t have frozen drink because the manager doesn’t want get them a blender because it keeps breaking. Which doesn’t make sense to punish servers in not buying a new blender because it effects people dinning experience
Second time at this location that I was not impressed by the service. My dad loves Longhorn Steaks so for his 73rd birthday this is where we went. The server was very friendly however when he delivered our steaks he delivered the bill at the same time then never returned again to check on us until we were done. I told the hostess and our server that we were celebrating my dad's birthday. As the server, wouldn't you assume on a birthday that we'd also want dessert?...
