The food is always decent but the service is never delivered without a lot of sass! Grumpy & unhappy employees does not warrant a 1 star review but this place could certainly use some upgrades in the customer service department.
ZENIA needs to be a manager if she's not already! I had an issue with my mobile app and somehow my order ended up 400+ miles away. She went as far calling the other store location and spoke to an employee there for me. She got my order together and I was out the door. As a truck driver all I ask for is good service and warm food to end my night in my truck so, this kindness means more to me than she will ever know. Thank you Zenia for making my night ??
