This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. To make matters worse, the chicken tasted hours old and was very greasy. The fries were also unappetizing.

This is the worst location I have ever eaten from. To make it even worse, the door dash driver was 2hrs late. The chicken tasted hours old and very greasy. The fries weren't even good. I normally go to the West Belfort location, but they were closed yesterday. When I get food from the Belfort location, I eat it the next day and it is still good. This is exactly where this food should be. In the TRASH! ALMOST $40 WORTH OF FOOD IN THE TRASH!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. Despite calling 25 minutes ahead to have my meal prepared, I was met with rudeness and poor service. The person who took my call rudely informed me that I should have called only 5 minutes before arriving. Despite this, my food was not ready when I arrived.

To make matters worse, the meal I ordered, the manager's special, had a bitter taste and was not enjoyable. Additionally, when I requested a cold Coke, the staff member refused to change it, stating that the weather was hot outside so it didn't need to be cold. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable.

Overall, my experience was very negative. The combination of poor customer service and subpar food quality means I will not be returning to this restaurant . I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works to improve their service and food.

This is my to go place I often come during lunch break. Just love their fish. Always fresh and crispy. And excellent customer service always from the girls.

The service is almost always unnecessarily slow. I have been here several times and there is nothing fast about this food. The food is average but the service is below average. There should be no reason why if there is only one person in front of me why I am sitting in the drive thru for 30 mins. Whoever manages this location needs to be fired. If the workers are incompetent then replace them if there are not enough workers than hire more but this place is consistently slow and the food is not the best, the prices is the main thing that this place got going for it.

Chicken was wasn't seasoned Warm not Hot. Plain fries had seasonings but didn't taste it. Was on a lunch break but won't go back

Horrible service and the fries are just gross! Don't go to this location, just drive the extra miles and go to Louisiana in Richmond. Trust Me! I had to wait 20 mins for tenders and still the fries were undercooked. Just avoid.

Got the fish special plate with a $.50 cup of water wow that was a surprise and it was lukewarm to top it off other than that the fried fish was delicious ?

This 2 star is for the side Okra fry we got which was good in taste and quantity! But the 4 pc fried chicken is very horrible to eat! It’s totally a disaster and not buying it in this franchise ever!
