We always have a good experience at Lucille's! The services is great and the ambiance is comfortable. We love that we can bring our dog and sit outside. We were there early on a Sunday before any band was set up so it was quiet outside and they had plenty of shade for all of the guests in the backyard.
This place was VERY disappointing. We were visiting from NYC. This was our first stop after checking into our hotel. The crab cake was awful. Our server Linda who was amazing and really sweet. She tried to convince us the crab cake indeed contained crab. IT DID NOT! my drink was terrible, the catfish was as awful. The potatoes were good. If my friend and I were not starving we would've just left. This place gets a booo 🍅🍅 from me. I don't know if was an off day,...
Rules are rules so I'm not here to dispute any that was enforced, very glad to see they apply them to all guests. Our server was great, so was the best friend drink. A friend didn't like her order, and they took it back & let her choose something else. This was my first and likely last experience here and if it weren't for it being HRW, I probably would have been a little more disappointed in the food.
