Had a wonderful meal here. The Wagyu stuffed shishito's are a must order. The meat was so tender and the peppers added flavor. I had the salmon nigiri and it was some of the best salmon sushi I have ever had. My friend had the chefs choice nigiri and every fish was spectacular. I highly recommend this restaurant. They brought two glasses of champagne complimentary to help us celebrate a birthday. Very thoughtful. .
Chef Chris has the most amazing omakase - each bite is delicious, plated on Japanese pottery , artistically presented and an incredible range of flavors and textures. Getting to watch his artistic preparation of the fish and his mesmerizing negiri motions makes this Omakase a must do if you're visiting or living in Houston. Our Counter Companions at the Omakase are always an interesting group of global gourmands - can't recommend this experience enough!
