I definitely miss menu items that have been removed. Food was very good and service was on point!

We celebrated our HS graduate with a 12+ group and were given great attention and care. Food was plenty and tasted great, variety and quality were 5 stars. Our server went above and beyond to look after us. The lively energy in the restaurant was fun, we enjoyed the background music as well. We'll be back.

We were there yesterday for my son's graduation lunch. There were more of us than I expected but they were so accommodating there! Great service from Dupree and the entire staff. You took good care of us and the food is as good as I remembered (hadn't been in years). The mushroom ravioli was the best! Thank you again!

Trice did an excellent job supporting my birthday dinner celebration with friends. Wonderful wine recommendations and food options for each guest. 100% recommend this restaurant when staying in the Loop area.

Very disappointed with our anniversary dinner. My Maggiannos salad was so small and huge lettuce pieces. It used to be chopped and like the chopped salad. I spent half the time cutting up the lettuce. Then our entrees were delivered so we told him to come back in 5 minutes. We had to flag a waiter to get our food. Did you all stop the true FLATBREAD? My margarita was a bready mess. Too thick to enjoy. Our waiter never came to check on us so I couldn't change it.

We were a large group celebrating graduation. VERY accommodating when it came to arrival as Houston traffic can be a bear! They seat with 50% of your party there. The staff was very friendly. Nobody had an empty glass and even the kids enjoyed our experience. The food was great. Portions were also very fulfilling. For a party of 9 adults and 2 children with no alcoholic beverages, our table was $350. Excellent experience.

Excellent food and location. This is a popular location so please do a reservation, esp for a large party. We hosted a small birthday dinner for my mother and she loved it. Thank you Maggianos!

We love the food at Maggiano's - just cannot go wrong. What made this meal enjoyable was our server Jared and Casey. Good timing, greeted with smile, and both clearly wanted to provide a great dining experience. The only downside, which was minor, if that the reservation called for a table. We were given a half booth/table which still worked, however with an early reservation, we would have expected they could meet that request: Enjoyed the atmosphere in a classic, darker dining room with candle light.

Great foood decent price, great Mother's Day menu, but the service was late, the child at our table got her orange juice in 20 minutes!

Mother's Day was terrible They need to keep the regular menu available The waiter was great, everything else was a waste of my time

My mother really enjoyed the food and the service. Our waiter Jared was simply the best. He was very friendly and helpful during our entire Mother's Day meal. We will be coming back.

Maggiano's is a reliable delicious restaurant. Great service, great Italian food. You can't go wrong here. Always a great meal!

Busy Mother's Day and prom weekend. Food was good. Server was overwhelmed but was trying to remember everything instead of writing it down, causing him to forget things. Music was way too loud. I expressed that I couldn't hear our server speaking to us or really anyone at the table that wasn't sitting directly beside me. Music remained loud entire time.

I've been a fan of this restaurant for over 30 years. If there's one in the city, where visiting, we go to eat there. We've eaten at this location several times before we have headed to the theater. Today, we discovered several things that have never happened here before. The menu changed, several items have been removed. The prices have gone up significantly, and the portion size has gone down significantly. The traditional Maggiano salad now has bacon instead of prosciutto and the Fixin's were all but nonexistent. The service was decent, the manicotti, which was a very popular dish is gone. The dessert was good and the drinks were fabulous. Overall, the food has taken a nose dive. Maybe they were just having a bad day. I would definitely not return to this location.

Always a very nice experience. The new menu item , Stuffed Pasta Shells are delicious. The sauce is to die for. The chef came by my table to ask how the dish was. He of course was delighted with my response. My server served me with a birthday acknowledgment, it included a CANDLE‼️🤪LOVED IT‼️ It had been a few years since was last there. Now I regret taking so long to return. Thanks to Maggiano's for helping to make my birthday week memorable.
