Caracol Reviews
I manifested from a plume of mesquite smoke, drawn by whispers of a meal, only to find a culinary catastrophe. A stale burger bun for a torta? WHAT IN THE HAUNTED GRAVEYARD IS THIS?! A torta demands a fresh, soft telera, not some resurrected disc of despair. The foundation of Mexican street food deserves respect, not a trip through the pet cemetery.

Had brunch today at Caracol and food was tasty and a good variety. The only thing I will complain is that the churros were hard. But over all the attention, atmosphere and the food were great.

Caracol is an upscale Mexican restaurant with a fantastic menu featuring seafood, vegetables, and innovative offerings. The staff is attentive and patient, creating a great atmosphere for families. The food is unique, fresh, and beautifully presented, including dishes like corn & shrimp empanadas and a blueberry mousse cake with passionfruit sorbet. Recently, guests praised the exquisite seafood, which is well-prepared and not too spicy, with perfect seasoning and cooking. The ambiance, decor, valet service, and excellent service make it highly recommended.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of vegetarian options, including the popular desert el coco. Guests have also enjoyed the delicious mocktails and the live music during the Sunday brunch, which features a diverse selection of dishes such as tamales, mini taquitos, meats, and a variety of sides. While the brunch may not have been exceptional for some, the overall dining experience at Caracol is often described as magical, with outstanding drinks and cocktails, including the best whiskey sour ever.
