I must say, this particular Great American Cookie location has been quite disappointing. The decorations are subpar, Decorator's are rarely available when needed, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I do however, highly recommend the location on the N. West Freeway.
I absolutely Love Marble Slabs ice cream!
Monica and her boss Albert have awful customer service! My friend’s order was prepared incorrectly and when she returned it they refused to correct it and on top of that kept her $21. I would not recommend anyone go to be treated that way!! Go elsewhere!
