Nice place
Caitlin was super sweet and helpful! We stopped by after sushi for some birthday ice cream for my Dad. The cookies were yummy. 😇
The service was so bad I had to email corp they never responded young lady two guys were horrible especially young lady I-10 East federal rd. Near movie theater and 24 hour fitness in front of other customers just so disrespectful
Ice cream was great, cookies were great. My question to management is do you guys have a hair net policy or glove policy? I been there a few times and have never seen anyone where hair nets or gloves while preparing ice cream.
Once we paid we were notified the that the #1 cup was not available therefore we paid 4.99 for an even smaller cup than we get normally get. I would have appreciated if we were told before we paid and picked the size. Basically paid same price and received less ice cream 👎🏻
