I ordered a meatball sub at 2:30 PM. The sub arrived dry with nearly no marinara on it and it was totally cold. I called and spoke to the manager who refused to even send some marinara to fix the sandwich.
Previously my wife and I enjoyed the delux pizza but refusing to fix a simple thing is completely unbelievable! I’m so surprised.
