McAllister’s doesn’t believe in quality control or flavors. This is the second time we have ordered dinner and it’s been badly assembled, flavored odd, or inedible. My blt came without avocado that I ordered and the bacon was completely limp. I got a bad tomato and wilted greens. Very disappointed. Won’t eat here

The people in the kitchen need to wear hair nets because my wife found 2 hairs in her baked potato last night.. that was sick.she didn't make a scene but she didn't eat her baked potato.but yeah she said that she isn't returning to this place.

It's been a while since I stopped at a McAlisters! But earlier, my mind was on a baked potato, and I wasn't near a McAlisters, so I went by another place. Well, let's just say nothing is like a Spud Potatoe at McAlister's Deli! So, I swung by to get myself one and had a nice conversation with the guy at the counter. But, let me tell you, I really like this location; it's cute! It's huge with the wood trim, a touch of moonlight yellow, and checker floors! It put me in the mind of the one in Mississippi I'm so fond of.

The chef salad was really good, my coworker had the southwest salad and the chili lime vinaigrette was really good, I’ll be ordering that next.Parking: Had to park on the side of the building
The ambiance is okay. The chili and hot sandwiches are very good. Salads have good variety. Their tea, or getting an Arnold Palmer version of it, really satisfies. Service just depends.

If it's not Sugarland or Richmond McAlister location i will not spend my money because this location will never get a dime again from me.1. Ultimate Buffalo nachos- Paid for extra Buffalo meat. I didn't get it, so I got scammed the extra money I paid.-There was not enough cheese for this ultimate Buffalo nachos. What you want me to do just eat dry chips.- My food was " To go," but this location seems to give the customer less if not eating inside.2. Chicken & Dumpling Soup- I don't understand this location. What we're you trying to feed me smashed up throw up in a bowl but you call that dumpling.-The chicken was so scarce it was nothing but stings. On top of that, it didn't have NO TASTE it was so Bland. That's why I tasted one small spoon then it went in the trash. what in the world, I'm so disappointed & upset I wasted 30 dollars at this location. (No salt in the bag or in the food )3. Angus sandwich club was the only food that tasted decent.I always had high hopes & love McAlister, but apparently, this location showed me different.People taste your food & check your bags before you leave at this location.
