My daughter just got this from this location. No freaking patty! You have got to be kidding me! And your employees laughed when she called report it!
Worst french fries in Houston at this Barker Cypress location. Limp greasy french fries. McDonald's is known for it's golden arches and golden french fries. Big fail here.
I have even contacted the regional office to complain about this a few times. A mgr on duty will call me and offer free food but all I want are golden delicious french fries when I decide to eat this unhealthy. I suggest gping another location folks.

McDonald's is a quick and convenient option for a fast bite with a great drive thru service that is always very quick. While the food may not be incredible, it is always fresh and the location is well-managed and kept clean. With a good spot in the area, this McDonald's stands out as one of the best. However, service can be hit-or-miss and has gone downhill lately, with occasional mistakes and a sometimes overwhelmed staff. Despite this, the restaurant's cleanliness and friendly employees, such as Maria D who provides great service, make up for it. The iced caramel latte is delicious.
