My husband and I went to Clay's today for lunch and I was thoroughly impressed. It was my first time and I ordered the chicken fried steak. It was one of the best I have had and so tender I was able to cut it very easily. We went during the lunch program and it wasn't crowded at all but the service was fantastic. Our waitress checked on us three or four times to make sure all was okay. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic lunch.
Food is decent but proportions sizes are smaller considering the price. Had 7 people in our party and a variety of items were ordered. Check your order before purchasing as our order had to be corrected several times. Good place for kids to run around outside.
We had not been to Clay’s in a while and we’re so pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. The food was excellent and the service was great as well.
