Manager at 5:30am didn’t listen to my order. When I came up to the window she didn’t repeat my order nor had it on the screen for me to look to make sure it’s correct after I paid for my order, got my food, looked in the bag and was missing one order. She assumed that I didn’t need an extra order and then chose to go on and make me have to pay for her mistake. When it is only a dollar option. Bad customer service

Overweight lady was extremely rude, asked for 4 Splendas and 2 creams. We received 1 Splenda and when we went in and politely asked for the remaining items she started arguing and saying they gave it to us, went back to my car to grab the bag and show them.. didn’t even apologize. Shame.. if you don’t like your job leave.

The food at this location is bad and the customer service is even worse … the only person to have served me with respect is a young black man , I believe he’s a manager . everyone else at this location has a horrible attitude problem I will not be coming back :/ .

The child at the window with the chola makeup and braces was very rude. She just handed me my bag and shut the window didn’t even give me a chance to ask for condiments. I had to honk a couple of times they were busy talking and laughing. When she came back to the window she still didn’t say anything she just looked at me and when I asked for ketchup you would’ve thought I asked her to run 10 laps. That girls attitude was cringe. I hope she realizes that she won’t go to far with an attitude like that. I hope she heals from whatever she’s going through.

tbh, i simply vibe here for the kids they’re always rude, i once got told we only change our grease once a week (after asking for fresh fries bc they were NOT) i just took it n gave it to the kids bc hey yk kids will eat anything these days! especially from mcdonald’s
