I brought a big breakfast and got to work with a hair in my eggs. I called the manager was nice then I went on my lunch break to get my money back and she was rude and shorted me my taxes when I told her she gave me 10 cents back for a 6 dollar meal witch is incorrect then slammed the cash register..and as soon as walked n and asked for the manger I seen her and instantly knew it was her hair in my mouth it was like a lightish brown/ blonde with almost a reddish tint since it was a single hair and it was thin haired since I wasted my lunch break I had to order lunch here and she brought my nuggets to my table stood behind me without saying a word I grabbed it and said thank you and she walked off without saying a word and my spouse went to the restroom and there is no soap in the women's restroom. There is hand sanitizer outside of the restroom but that means no employees wash their hands after the restroom

Ordered for delivery via McDonald’s app. 1st time ordering, we received someone else’s order. After no answer at restaurant and then finally getting thru to be told we could get our food, bc it’s sitting there we asked them to remake it since it had been an hour. They promised they’d remake it. We sent our son to pick it up. The damn food was cold af. We called corporate customer service and they issued a refund. Two weeks later we gave them a 2nd chance. This time they delivered our order, but left out one of the burgers. We didn’t bother calling the restaurant. Called corporate customer service. We were told to contact Door Dash bc that’s who they use to deliver food. We replied, “not my problem, used the McDonald’s app and our business is with you. Door Dash is your business partner, not mine.” After this back and forth 3 times!!!! They hung up. I wasn’t rude at all, just firm about my position. They basically said it’s not their problem. I will NEVER order or eat at this Whataburger location again.

Their prices are slightly cheaper than other locations. The food is hot & good especially the burgers (Homestyle) along with the French fries. Service is pretty cool, occasionally will forget some items of order but that almost all locations.
