One customer experienced a delay when they ordered a breakfast meal and did not receive all items, having to return to the drive-through. Another customer faced issues when asking for more tomato sauce, as the manager denied the request. Despite some service challenges, the drive-through line moves quickly during busy times, and the restaurant is open 24/7. Additionally, small acts of kindness, like buying a meal for someone in need, can make a big impact on someone's day.
