The Glen Burnie Md Store Manager Lilly is the epitome of Customer Service. She was so warm and welcomed an impromptu 13th Birthday Party after the original plans fell through. The5 gave merch and took pictures!
The food was great. The workers were also very friendly and professional.
The male manager on duty tonight at the University Oaks location in Round Rock TX was a wonderful representation of how a manager should run their store. I placed a mobile order on the app and added the breast cancer awareness bear. When I got there, he informed me that the bear has been sold out for a while now and he would let IT know since it was still being offered on the app. He tried to refund the money for the bear, but he said the system wouldn’t let him process it,...read full review
