We always loved the food here but its all closed now. We always enjoyed a bottle of wine and a nice meal brought out to our table after viewing an art exhibit. Hope it reopens some day.

We had a lunch here today and came back again in the afternoon for a wine drink, because we enjoyed our lunch. The cafe provided a delicious carrot soup with 2 pieces of warm bread for the lunch. A bowl of soup had a big quantity and tasted very good. My husband liked his sandwich too.The afternoon antipasti was a big platter, too.

Y'all. The food here is exceptional. Not just for a museum but for a Houstonian restaurant. Really it is very good quality food. They have great coffee. If you are Italian, you can safely order an espresso here (ask for 1 shot though). I come here to eat and have a glass of wine even when I'm not visiting the museum exhibitions. Exceptional restaurant. I would take visitors to Houston here.
